Do sizes matter for air shipment?

Do you have a warehouse to pick up and drop off my cargo?

Yes. Please talk to us about your cargo location and we will show you to the closest receiving warehouse.

To pick up your cargo at destination, we will provide you with the files for custom clearance. You can go to the warehouse to pick up the cargo after clearance. Always be sure you meet special rules and regulations established for various goods by reviewing the destination custom laws before dispatching the consignment.

What do I need to know about UAE customs?

We work for you to get the final approval on your cargo. We issue the needed export and import forms as the forms vary depending on what you’re shipping. Customs also demands different documents for sea shipments and air freight. You will need to provide us with all commercial invoices and sign necessary transport documents and we will do the rest.

Should I purchase insurance?

Life is erratic and accidents can happen anywhere anytime. We propose you purchase an insurance policy that protects your goods and even shipping charges. Your current insurance coverage will not provide for your shipments so ensure you get a policy that protects the consignment. It could be a full coverage policy or total loss policy.

What is hazardous shipment?

Hazardous shipment is what is also referred to as “dangerous goods” and it consists of anything dangerous like toxic substances and flammable liquids. Yes. We do offer flexible solutions if you cannot fill an entire container. However, we have general purpose containers are available in a range of sizes.

What regulations do you have in place to ensure the safety of my goods in transit?

We have quality assurance specialists who travel with the cargo to ensure the safety of your goods. In case there is a problem, the specialists will inspect the cargo immediately and take pictures for confirmation in case we will need to make a claim.
